GLAM Restorative Yoga 2025

TUESDAY 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: 9/16, 9/23, 9/30/25

(Three Consecutive Week Session) $35

All you need is willingness to try something new, a yoga mat or towel (few mats provided)

in the tranquil transitional space of

Greater Lansing Aesthetic Medicine (GLAM) is located

Focusing on mind and body, and feeling movements through gentle flow sequencing, this class is suiting from beginner to intermediate. Instructional format encompasses yoga traditions of Hatha, physical practice or exercise, and Vinyasa. Allowing us to flow and effectively work all parts of the body equally and at a restorative pace. Postures (asanas) will be introduced and at a slower pace with vast instructional format. Physical and mental benefits include increasing flexibility and strength and reducing stress. Poses will fuse body with breath and introduce relaxed breathing strategies. Class focuses on relaxing techniques, stabilizing, and balancing postures. Feel stretched and relaxed when you leave!

Currently Pop ∙ Ins Yoga is mobile, insured & traveling with the above location!

September 2008, Tracy accomplished her first yoga certification through YogaFit and was teaching a couple of classes a week within the Greater Lansing community.

By 2014, 200 hours of training with YogaFit established registration with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) designation.
